The EVOLVE Recycle sharing marketplace is the digital platform where all hospitals and care organisations from the UK can efficiently match supply of and demand for furniture, materials, excess stock, medical devices, personnel and facilities. The platform facilitates transparency and efficient matchmaking, bringing resilience and flexibility to the sector.

By optimizing usage of everything we already have we want to contribute to a more sustainable healthcare system. By creating transparency on what is where and when available or needed we can avoid procurement of new goods (refuse) and disposal of items that are of value somewhere else (Reuse). This way we can collectively save costs and work more sustainable!

In some cases, you can. We work with selected NGOs that we are sure are working in a sustainable way. If your offer is relevant to them, our service desk will ask you if you are open to donating. If that is the case, you will receive the necessary instructions and documents from them.

This sharing marketplace is open to all healthcare organisations in the country.

When you log into the EVOLVE Recycle sharing platform, you can create an advertisement for the resources you want to offer or that you are looking for. Follow the steps below:
1) Click on Place demand & supply and choose the category your item belongs to.
2) On this page you fill in all information/details about your item(s).
3) We advice you to upload photos. Good quality photos make your advertisement more attractive which makes the chance on a match and a deal higher.

You can edit your advertisements when you are logged in. Go to your dashboard and click on 'My demand & supply'. Here you will find an overview of your demand and supply. Select the ad you want to edit by clicking on the small pencil icon to make your changes. Note: it is not possible to change an ad from 'Requested' to 'Offered' or vice versa. In that case, you have to create a new advertisement and remove the old one.

You can delete your ad once you are logged in. Go to your dashboard and choose 'My supply & demand'. Here you will find an overview of your advertisements. Select the advertisement you want to delete by clicking on the cross. You will then be asked why you are deleting the ad. Here you can, for example, indicate whether the equipment has been taken over, and for what value you created with that transaction. We ask this question in order to map the (financial) benefits and results of the sharing marketplace.

A calendar has been integrated in the platform, where you can plan your items. Go to 'My demand & supply' at your dashboard and click on 'Plan my demand & supply' in the upper right corner. In the planner you can indicate when an item is available for use, when it is unavailable, or already in use by yourself.

You can use this platform to swap, sell or share a wide variety of items and resources such as furniture, supplies, medical devices and facilities.

You can share assets and services with all organizations in the country. The goal of the sharing marketplace is to stimulate local and regional collaboration and sustainability.

Yes, you decide yourself on the form of transaction and a price for your goods or services.

Once you agree on conditions you can close the deal through the platform. Go to your outstanding offers and finalize the deal. You will then automatically enter a page where you can indicate if you require logistics services. Both parties will also receive a transcript of the transaction for administrative purposes.

On the login page you can click 'Forgot password'. Fill in your email address, then you will automatically recieve a message to reset your password.

When you are logged in you can change your profile. Go to your dashboard and click on 'Edit profile'. On this page you can edit your profile details.

You can edit your personal information once you are logged in. Go to your dashboard and click on 'Edit profile'. On this page you can edit or delete existing contact persons and you can add new contact persons.

Once you are logged in you can edit your profile, including your password. Go to 'Edit profile' on your dashboard. Did you forget your password? On the login page you can click 'Forgot password'. Fill in your email address, then you will automatically receive a message to reset your password.

Option 2: It is possible that you've entered a wrong password more than 3 times. In this case, your accounts gets blocked automatically for 5 minutes for security reasons. After 5 minutes you can request a new password by clicking on: 'Forgot password'
